At College Frame we provide them with this opportunity but also linking them with the hostel owners who are accredited by our student accommodation experts. We provide all these through our mobile based application dubbed CF-Pay ( a proprietary tool owned by College Frame) which connects students with hostel landlords by providing affordable and descent accommodation. At College Frame, you book and pay for your accommodation after reviewing the hostels of your choice from our gallery of listed and accredited hostels. CF Pay will give you the available accommodation around your university/college with the ability to choose from an array of choices based on price and type of accommodation. The properties are rated by the students based on their ability to meet and exceed students needs. These expectations are multifaceted but can be in form of fees charged, security levels, ability to resolve the tickets etc.

Students need guidance throughout their college life to enable them successfully finish their studies. At College Frame we work with the Colleges and Universities’ deans of students’ offices to support them with much needed student support either socially or financially. Using predictive models we are able to map out from early stages the students who need support to enable them transit from one year of study to another. We provide these services by: a) linking the students with working opportunities while in college (based at the college frame accredited hostels); b) linking the students with available student internships/work opportunities available; c) liaising with prospective scholarship universities/colleges opportunities and bring these to attention of students to take advantage of; d) regularly bringing to the attention of the students inter university/college events that could be of interest to students to participate in; e) sharing with students information that would help them make their college life sustainable.

Yes. You can only book an accommodation if you are a student

Rent will include expenses of your stay which includes trash, wifi, water and electricity. There are however unique hostel circumstances which will dictate charging of extra charges ( this will be made specific however before you book on the listed hostel). This information will be listed in the property. College Frame will try to standardize these costs and will keep you posted

We make sure that you get the best value for money. The prices you see are the absolute and inherent. Special offers will however be provided by College Frame from time to time. So keep checking on the app.

Yes. Our accommodation managers will arrange viewing session for you. Note however that the price is higher when you pay on premise than when you pay online. The price variation is not significant. Yes you can also change the room subject to availability of space

A deposit is a fixed security fees that is expected by the property owners and is a mandatory cost

Payments can only be made through the given paybill number via MPESA after you have logged into the CF Pay application. We don’t accept cash or cheque.

To cancel a booking, please get in touch with us via telephone and email . cancellation terms and conditions will apply.

We will try to get you a refund as soon as possible. If you paid us using Mpesa then it will take one working day for the refunds to be made. Note too that if you cancel under the MPESA terms and conditions, then College Frame will not have any control and will be at the terms and conditions as set by MPESA.

Any student who pays regularly through the CF- Pay will enjoy redeemable discounts for cash but only at the end of the final year of his/her studies. You will get an update of your discounts everytime you pay using the CF-Pay.

No. this can not be done

Yes your roommate will get loyalty discounts for as long as they use the CF- pay application to book and pay for rent.

Yes , some hostel owners may have offers that they may wish to extend to students. Keep checking on the listed hostels for the red tag of offers.
