College Frame is a platform of students for students. College Frame’s main service is to provide an accommodation booking and paying platform for students joining University or College in Kenya. We also give hostel owners the platform to list their properties for students to book, pay and stay within one click at the comfort of their homes. We serve the entire country in regions where the Universities and Colleges are located.
What we do:
a) Providing student accommodation through the CF – Pay platform
The hassle of student accommodation is a nightmare given that the hostels are not available to students beforehand to enable them select hostels of their choice from the comfort of their homes. Students are able to switch between hostel during their college stay to hostels of their taste. At College Frame we provide them with this opportunity but also linking them with the hostel owners who are accredited by our student accommodation experts.
We provide all these through our mobile based application dubbed CF-Pay ( a proprietary tool owned by College Frame) which connects students with hostel landlords by providing affordable and descent accommodation. At College Frame, you book and pay for your accommodation after reviewing the hostels of your choice from our gallery of listed and accredited hostels.
b) Student data analytics aimed at supporting students while in college
All student need guidance throughout their college life to enable them successfully finish their studies. At College Frame we work with the Colleges and Universities deans of students offices to support them with much needed student support either socially or financially. Using predictive models we are able to map out from early stages the students who need support to enable them transit from one year of study to another. We work together with parents and guardians to enable this
c) Promoting student and college graduation rates
Its in the interest of each College or University to increase and sustain higher rates of graduation rates for each program of study. The drawbacks for each program of study are ably identified together with College and University Graduation data using our data analytics tools. We are the forefront in harnessing the huge college /university student data to make this a reality. The reports will support increased rates of graduation for colleges and universities.
d) Offering platform for student internship and scholarship opportunities
Its each students desire to get a job after college or pursue higher education careers. We at College Frame we liaise with respective colleges and universities to provide this information to all our students using the College Frame application and website resource materials. Each small opportunity (school/work placement opportunities are availed in a pre-arranged manner with our college frame landlords. These placements while in college are aimed at supporting the students especially the needy ones to access some financial support.
